How do you make these songs so fast?

It just happens when I have free time and a good flow going. Sometimes life happens and Im only able to work on partial bits and pieces of a song and I end up making a new one instead of working on the old ones. But eventually over time I finishing up the partially finished songs and have a flow going where I finish one a day at least.
